Rocks. Yep, you read that correctly!
These are my 21 Day Fix motivational rocks as of today. Each time I lose a pound, I get to ever-so-happily move a stone from one jar to the other. I can’t even put into words how wonderful it is to hear that “clink!” as you move a stone to the Pounds Lost jar. I love visual motivators!

My visual motivators are things like photos of myself…either at my highest weight to remind me of what I look like and motivate me to change, or photos of me at my lowest weight to help me work toward that goal. I also like notes on the fridge, or lists of healthy foods that I love, to remind me of my goals. 🙂
