I thought it was so silly when someone first suggested “self help” books. WHAT? “You think I need ?” Oh, silly Jean. Get over yourself. We all need help, motivation and constant GROWTH.
Now, I listen to a ridiculous number of books on the Audible app (in the car, while I work, at the computer, you name it!) and physically read as time (and silence, ha!) allows, too.
