    Please help – Just wondering, I love freshly made chicken broth. I use organic chicken. What container would just the broth be considered? I’ve seen so many different answers.

    Hi Jean! I follow your group on Facebook and can honestly say I’d be lost without it! Thanks for your dedication! I see you’re from Ohio…me too! Northwest Ohio to be exact! Just started round 4 of 21 day fix and am waiting for my Extreme to come in. I’ve also been doing TurboFire too…love the BB programs!

    Hi Jean,
    I found your great idea to take your 21 day fix eating plan and other materials and cut the spine and put the pages into a 3 ring binder. I have done everything but now I am stuck. I need to know how you divided up your 21 day fix eating plan and tabbed/ catagorized the pages? I can see your tabs are fruit, veggies, carbs, protien. I just wish i could actually look at your book to see how you divided it. But if you don’t mind just giving me an explaination, like pages 1-15 are general/ hydration, 18-19 Calorie charts, then going forward, what? Also, did you put every page into a sheet protector? Thanks for the great idea!
